Elective rotations provide training opportunities in core subspecialties. We require the following six core subspecialties over the three-year period:

  • Endocrinology
  • Infectious diseases
  • Nephrology
  • Pulmonary
  • Rheumatology

Subspecialty electives include both consultative and ambulatory experiences. We encourage and support creative, nontraditional electives. as well as research electives. Off-site rotations are available with full pay and benefits (one month limit). We also offer two-week electives so that individuals can combine experiences.
